Project Objectives

The project seeks to identify and cultivate a new generation of crossover creators who operate beyond conventional boundaries, engaging with diverse cultural domains including art, music, video, fashion, comics, and food. In particular, it encourages artists unfamiliar with gaming to explore interdisciplinary expressions such as “Game × [Other Fields],” fostering new creative territories. Through increasing public recognition of these creators, the initiative aims to spark a movement that supports the growth of the creator economy and contributes to the reorganization of the broader content industry.

Project Approach

The “ars●bit” project by 404 Not Found and art bit, based in Shibuya and Kyoto, supports creative work and global connections focused on games and play, bringing creators worldwide together through gaming culture and interactive experiences.

Shibuya Asobiba Production Committee

Established in June 2023 through a collaboration between creators, producers, and Tokyu Land Corporation, the Shibuya Asobiba Production Committee aims to reimagine Shibuya as a vast playground for creativity. The committee operates a creator community and produces events across the Greater Shibuya Area in cooperation with companies seeking to innovate in Shibuya, contributing to the growth of the creative industry and revitalizing the Shibuya Sakura Stage district.
