Japanese manga content is known not only for globally popular titles, but also for its rich diversity. The project aims to foster individuals who can introduce this diversity to the world and ensure that it is properly recognized and appreciated.

Manga artists and editors aiming for global development will receive practical guidance and learn promotional strategies through lectures and consultations with experts. They will then participate in overseas manga events like Anime Expo and gain networking opportunities with international publishers. The first phase focuses on North America.

Japan Publishing Industry Foundation for Culture (JPIC)

Japan Publishing Industry Foundation for Culture (JPIC) was established in March 1991 as a cross-industry, nonprofit organization that views the entire process “from author to reader” as part of the publishing culture industry. With its primary mission being the promotion of lifelong learning through publishing and reading activities, JPIC works with industry stakeholders, organizations, and government entities to carry out diverse initiatives under themes such as “books,” “reading,” “learning,” and “enriching life through culture.”
