Media & Visual Arts

WAN: Art & Tech Creators Global Network

Computer Graphic Arts Society(CG-ARTS)

Official Social Media

Project Objectives

The project supports promising media artists in Japan as they take on the challenge of collaborating with overseas art markets, festivals, companies, and research institutions. By nurturing internationally-minded artists, the initiative aims to enhance Japan’s global cultural presence.

Project Approach

Aspiring media artists will stay in New York for research and showcasing their work. By engaging with local programs and networking with curators, gallerists, and institutions, they will gain direct feedback and build a foundation for global careers. Insights and know-how will also be shared widely through online platforms.

Computer Graphic Arts Society(CG-ARTS)

CG-ARTS (The Association for Education, Culture, and Computer Graphics Technology) is a public interest incorporated foundation established in 1991 to promote talent development and cultural enrichment in the field of computer-based visual information. Focusing on two pillars—human resource development, which cultivates individuals with systematic knowledge and adaptable skills, and cultural promotion, which discovers new talent and supports engaging expression—CG-ARTS continues to serve as a bridge between education, culture, and society.
