Project Objectives

In recent years, the reliance on already popular works has increased, and the number of original animation productions has declined due to soaring production costs and an emphasis on certainty. With fears over a drop in creativity and decline in international competitiveness, this project aims to establish an education curriculum and system for releasing works, with the goal of developing creators who can succeed on the global stage, as well as supporting the production of original works.

Project Approach

The PLUS CREATORS CAMP will be launched, offering an environment — built on three main pillars of education, practical training in short-form story music video production, and international exchange — where creators can experience everything from planning through to the release of an original work. Those enrolled in the project will learn how to produce an animation through firsthand experience. They will also develop a global mindset through training in overseas workshops.
